Hello
I’m Megan, a business consultant and coach who believes that strong businesses are built by people who care about their work, their teams, and doing things well.

I’m married, and we share our home with our very loved fur babies, which keeps life grounded and never boring. Outside of work, I value connection, honesty, and creating environments where people feel supported and understood—values that carry directly into how I work with businesses and teams.

I hold an MBA and have spent years working closely with organizations to identify where processes, communication, and systems quietly break down. My approach combines practical business knowledge with a deep respect for the human side of work. I take the time to learn how a business truly operates, not just how it looks on paper, so the changes we make are realistic, thoughtful, and lasting.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: when people feel heard, supported, and clear on how their work fits into the bigger picture, businesses don’t just function better—they thrive.
I approach business consulting differently.

I don't just look at metrics, policies, or org charts - I learn the work. I take the time to understand how decisions are made, how communication flows, and where things break down in practice.

I have a strong ability to identify patterns across processes, people, and systems, and to name issues that often go unnoticed because they've become "normal." Many challenges labeled as performance or people problems are, in fact, system problems, and addressing them requires clarity, honesty, and trust.

Transparency is core to how I work. I communicate openly, explain my thinking, and take responsibility when something needs adjusting. My goal is not to position myself as the expert with all the answers, but as a partner who helps your business see itself more clearly and move forward with confidence.
How I work
I learn before I fix
I spend time understanding how your business actually operates - not how it's supposed to operate. That means observing workflows, listening to teams, and learning the work as though I were part of it.
I look for root causes
Before recommending changes, I identify what's really driving the issues you're experiencing. What looks like a people problem is often a breakdown in structure, clarity or communication.
I make real time changes
When issues surface, I address them as they happen. Processes are adjusted, expectations are clarified, and conversations are facilitated in the moment, so change is practical and integrated into daily work.
I focus on what lasts
The goal is not short-term improvement, but lasting stability. I help build systems, documentation, and communication practices that allow your business to continue thriving long after the engagement ends.

This work is honest, collaborative, and grounded in reality - not trends or buzzwords.
