I’m Megan, founder of Waves of Change Consulting. I have lived in Idaho since 2008 and am currently married with 3 cats and 1 dog. Having my own business has always been a dream of mine, but trying to find the right business was difficult. I have been working since I was 14 years old. I have worked in numerous industries and never quite found the right thing. That thing that brings joy to your work. The one thing that remained consistent while in my pursuit for that perfect job was my natural skills at resolving process issues and improving workflows. It comes easily to me and it wasn't until the last couple of years that I really started thinking and planning for a process improvement business. I have work background in construction, customer service, hospitality, medical, technology and telecommunications fields. What I learned through all these jobs was that well written, documented process can change the entire company. I decided that instead of changing jobs and instinctively adjusting processes I should have my own business that offers process optimization to other businesses. I would much rather help a new start up company build their processes and help improve their workflows to make them for profitable. Once I received my MBA, I decided that with my skills and knowledge I could build my dream into a reality. I love helping people and so Waves of Change Consulting was born. My husband helped create the company name because he said I always make waves where ever I go. Even the tiniest waves can cause major changes. I’m dedicated to always doing my best and collaborating with my clients to ensure the best service.
